Juraj Šedivý
Juraj has extensive international experience in the field of telecommunication and finance management. He joined Globtel, France Telecom Group’s mobile entrant in Slovakia, as the CFO in 1996. Between 1997 and 2009, he was a member of the top management team at Český Telecom, including as a Vice President for finance and shared services. He held the position of Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic since 2003 and CEO of Telefónica O2 Slovakia from 2005. He was appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of CETIN a.s. in January 2019. Juraj obtained an engineering degree at the University in Nitra as well as taking a post-graduate course at the Comenius University in Bratislava and MBA programme at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.
Juraj Kodýdek
Juraj has over 13 years of experience in telecommunications., 20 years of senior management incl. C – level positions at O2 Slovakia. Juraj has also extensive experience in Management consulting in telco & banking with proven track record in building new businesses and change management of processes, systems and organizations.Juraj graduated with MBA at University of Pittsburg and as Ing. in Information systems at University of Technology in Bratislava.
Judit Kübler-Andrási
Judit has more than 20 years of international experience in various leadership roles in telecommunications and management consulting. She lived and worked in Hungary, Montenegro, Austria and Germany. Judit obtained her MSc degree in Business Administration from Corvinus University in Budapest and throughout her career, worked at Magyar Telekom, Arthur D. Little and most recently Deutsche Telekom. At Deutsche Telekom she was responsible for the strategy of the European segment, and later on held the CEO role of the DT subsidiary immmr GmbH. After returning from maternity leave in 2020 she held various executive project management roles, mostly related to digitalization and B2B services. Most recently she was responsible for the go-to-market strategy for international B2B and for the strategy of the international wholesale unit.
Petar Mudrinić
Petar has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications in various areas such as management, planning, technical sales and consulting within Telco operators, vendors and engineering companies. He joined Telenor Bulgaria in 2016 as Managed Services Director. Previously, Petar worked in Telenor Serbia.Petar holds a degree in Telecommunication Electrical Engineering from Belgrade University.
Vladimir Radojičić
Vladimir Radojičić brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning his career at Mobtel in Serbia. He has held several prominent leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Technology Strategy and Partnership Ecosystem at Telenor Group, CEO of CETIN Bulgaria, Technology Implementation Director in Telenor Serbia and CTO in Telenor Bulgaria. His extensive expertise in driving growth and operational efficiency positions CETIN for a new era of innovation and development.
Filip Cába
Filip has a degree in electrical engineering from ČVUT in Prague. After briefly working in ČEZ, he took up a position in the corporate finance team at Český Telecom, where he also filled various roles in procurement and controlling departments. Between 2008 and 2009 he lead a team for assessing the effectiveness of network projects in Europe for Telefonica UK. He has been the CFO of CETIN since established in 2015. Since 2020, he has regional responsibility in the newly established CETIN Group. He has also important role in CETIN Serbia acting as member of Board of Directors.
Tamás Otvös
Previously CEO of Telenor Common Operation (Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro) since 2018. Tamás has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and management within the telecommunications sector and worked in different roles within the Telenor Group in Europe and Asia (Hungary, India, Norway and Thailand).
Khalid Husseini
Khalid worked in Home Credit International, where he held the position of Chief Information Officer in Home Credit International for over 12 years. He was responsible for IT departments of more than 10 countries and more than 4000 professionals. He established and led the Group’s IT Shared Service Center, EmbedIT in the Czech Republic, where he implemented agile methodologies. Before this experience, Khalid worked 13 years in Accenture, where the last position he held was Partner.Khalid obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague.
Lenka Výborná
Lenka has experience from various industries such as Telco, Banking, FMCG and Public accounting where she held various managerial positions since 2012. After graduating from the University of Economics in Prague, she joined Deloitte and earned her ACCA qualification and later also FCCA qualification. She also gained the CIPD associate diploma in People Management from Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Lenka gained cross border experience in GE and Pepsi and among other responsibilities, she was accountable for harmonizing processes and sharing best practice across the region. Lenka joined CETIN in May 2019 as a Head of Internal audit and conducted also various consultancy engagements for CEO and other directors. She has been the Group’s Human Resources Strategy Director since March 2021 and is responsible for creation and implementation of HR and internal communication strategy in the region.
Lucia Regecová
Lucia has more than 15 years of professional experience as a lawyer in several leading Slovak and Czech law firms as well as in-house counsel positions. Her main specializations are M&A, corporate governance, general corporate law, compliance and regulatory matters, procurement, real estate law, employment, data protection. At the beginning of her carrier, she practiced law in Slovakia. In 2015 she moved to the Czech Republic, and she started to work in MOL Czech Republic, a company belonging to the MOL Group, a leading Central Eastern European oil and gas corporation as the head of corporate services. As the head of corporate services, she directly lead up to 18 people and she was responsible for compliance, procurement, real estate, facilities, the car-fleet and the back office. In 2020, she returned to advocacy, and she focused on leading complex M&A transactions.
